Guys & GM Techs: I just got a 2013 Sierra Denali and I have express down but not up, even though my owner’s manual states it can do both. I don't see anywhere it states I shouldn't have it. Seems kind of worthless without express up, I would normally take it to my local dealership, but every time I go in there I get told by both the service manager and tech it’s not possible, yet when I explain to them and then they always back pedal their asses off. Additional the rear windows don't seem to have express up/down either, nor does it cover that in the manual, why GM why? rant over.

I have tried the reprograming from the manual with no luck.

Feedback would be appreciated.

not saying this is the case..but sometimes changes/updates to the vehicle dont get added to manuals on time or at all... updated in the manuals

 

Mine will only do down I think but it will be this coming weekend till I can actually try it.

 

i wish mine did express up. down only for some stupid reason
