Default Fill in the gaps for me guys...

I'm looking for some of your experience to fill in some of the questions I have here. 2010 6.2 z71 is almost broke in. Going with a Wheatley tune but first....

So if i bought these:
http://www.amazon.com/OBX-Header-Che...4260520&sr=1-2

...can i expect to bolt up to my factory exhaust and be good-to-go? It appears the kit comes with the y-pipe, cats, and all else. Is there any hidden gotcha's I need to be aware of? censor wire extensions, plug wire problems, error codes, ect?

Also is there not a sticky on the development of the available 2010 intakes? I really have no desire to start hacking up one designed for 07-08. I wanted a S&B or vararam but they are dragging their feet. I guess I'll just get a blackwing.

Thanks much.

The headers and y pipe bolt up almost perfectly the only thing youll need is maybe some better band clamps and 2 plugs for 2 of the 02 sensor holes since i believe the kit has 6 but you only have 4 o2 sensors. Took me about 2 hours total with a buddy to help. And your check engine light will come on but Wheatley will take care of that with the tune. And after looking at your link id double check to see if that kit comes with the catted y-pipe because thats about the price of the lts with a ory not catted y. Kit with catted y is usually aroound $700-$800 so if that has the catted y id jump on that deal.

yeah i can't tell if they are cats or just resonators. Probably just resonators given the price. The ebay listing below is the same price for the "system" with resonators. Though the ebay listing actually gives some details. sounds like i will need those sensor wire extensions.

is that what you have? ...the resonator y-pipe with factory exhaust? like it?

I have the catted y pipe and i didnt need any extenders just had to pop the o2 sensor wire out of the clamps and they reached just fine. But just to be safe man get you some extenders and if you dont need them just take them back. I have a flowmaster 10 series right now but in the near future gonna run with a magnaflow for less drone plus when i get on it my truck is way to loud with the 10 series.
