Default Fuel Pump

Fuel Pump going bad, looking at going into a walbro 255 or aeromotive 340 both in tank style. im new to this but which one will fit my application, i plan to go turbo t76 with 65#'ers in the future. trying to stay away from the aeromotive 340 due to the expensive pressure regulator and wiring harness that is required. anyone have ayn part number on the walbro that will directly fit the 08 silverado 4.8. and what else is required. thanks

You should upgrade the wiring for either, and you dont need a new pressure regulator with the 340.

u dont thats what i was told? since i have stock injectors, i assumed my stock one would still regulate the pressure but i was told i needed to run a regulator with the 340. Im down to do the wiring kit and the 340 part number 11142.

Who told you that? The stock one in the tank will work fine.
