Yes you will need another new tune for the converter and the shift kit.

if you are doing it RIGHT after then no. just have him tune it for a shift kit/stall in your tune. then when you add the stuff itll already be tuned for it. you can survive a week or so...but i wouldnt abuse my truck without those products. if your talking a month before the converter another month for the shift kit then i recommend getting a tune for now then a retune for everything else. maybe justin can figure a way out to kinda adjust for the shift kit/stall before hand. i dunno im not a tuner

Call up Circle D, thats what I got my vette servo and 3200 converter. Chris will answer any questions you have and plus they are a forum sponsor. I couldnt be happier with my converter.

i ran a circle d 3200 and a vette servo had fun with it.
400ish i did all my own work. HD-2 shift kit can range from 80-125 depending where you find it or if its in the for sale section on here.

base your converter on your future mods. i dont think a truck should be without a 3200! i loved the way mine ran. i had a best of 13.0 @ 104 with my 3200. it was also 95* 118+ IATs....i miss the 3200 compared to my 3600

Get the trans cooler and the converter at the same time. The converter is gonna raise the trans temp about 20 degrees or so. When i put my 3K verter from cricle D, my daily driver trans temp went up to 205 or so. So I never floored it, i imagine another 10 degrees or so. Put the tru-cool 40K gvrw, went down to 160 degrees.

you wont regret the converter, i honestly think it has made the biggest performance gains for the $ out of everything ive gotten.

the tune is the icing on the cake
