I would not suggest using a Corvette caliper even the 6-piston C6z caliper because those were designed for a car around 3200 pounds, most of our trucks are a near double that?
"...but it's high performance braking" - Yes it is on a much smaller car. If anything i would look into buying a set of some wilwood calipers and fabing up your own bracket, not to hard to do.
If you wanted to spend the money wilwood has a full kit that comes with a 16" rotor, pretty impressive.

I see what you mean but every one that ran them on The the nbs setup was really pleased. Either way I promise those calipers arent working as hard as the weak *** ones that come n our trucks from the factory

anyone hear about those direct replacement pads/rotors? i think its called brake performance or something, supposedly they fit like OEM, but you can get slotted/dimpled/etc. rotors and better pads.

Upgrade the rear drums to the tahoe disc setup.

do you need to do anything with the master cylindar or brake lines? i think the vortex max rigs and the new ltz's have discs. anyone got a link to a build thread of this?

that ssbc 3 piston kit sounds bad ***... i would look into a hydro boost conversion before looking into replacement rotors and pads..

This looks like a viable option. This is what i'm going to use on my truck.
They're listed as a Summit brand but I know that they just take one of their manufacturers products and brand it with their name. Like my "Summit" drop shackles are actually Ground Force. even came with GF decals and instructions.
