The 220 is a great cam for the 4.8. I don't see alot of improvement with a custom grind.
Honestly I would start saving for 6.0 short block. Everything from your 4.8 will transfer over, you'll just have to invest in new gaskets.

More converter, more gear, bigger Headers, dual exhaust, 102 intake bigger cai, a set of heads, a 150 shot, e85 or race gas
