Hi there I went to adjust my headlights on my 09 Sierra Denali after installing hids and the driver side headlight adjuster is broken or stripped it just spins freely. It must have been stripped from day 1 because I have never adjusted it before. Can anybody tell me how to fix this or something. Thanks

 

I believe its called the headlight ballast and you'll have to replace it. Try finding a used unit perhaps.
That's gotta be frustrating having that happen. I had that on my s10 few years ago. The vertical adjustment only went one way and the other was free spinning
