ill look at offset and backspacing and such in the morning but tire is a 305/35/24 i do beleive ill go smoke a cig in a second and take a look... i really dont want to much shorter of a tire. it might rub less with it tucked further up in wheelwell after lowering.

does my truck have DOD? AFM?

4.8s dont have dod/afm if i remember. To find out what gears you have, open the glove box and find the sticker with the codes on it. Look for one of these GU6 is 3.42s. GT4 is 3.73s. GT5 is 4.10s

have none of the above codes closest i have is GU5.

You have 3.23s. Id def upgrade to 3.73s. Best all around gear in my opinion

3.23's would definitly explain why its a sloth off the line huh? lol. were should i look into getting 3.73's and what all is needed to accompany them in install?

EDIT looked at factory stick that i just found in glove box says it has 3.23's thanks buddy AND A LOCKING REAR DIFF

is it rare to find the WT's with locking rear diff. i about pissed myself when i saw that lol.
edit* i have a 12 bolt rear correct?
