Default Hellwig NNBS 7685 front sway bar and 7799 kit

anyone install a Hellwig 7685 front sway bar in a 07-12 4x4. Would have been nice if Hellwig or Summit told me it required the 7799 spacer kit to install in 6 speed trucks. No one has one and summit list it as it will not be shipped until 11-5. WTF. I wanted to install my lowering kit and front and rear swaybars on the 24th.
Has anyone used this 7799 kit? What is it and could I make one? Im FU%KED with my supercharger and now with my swaybars.

What's so special about that bar that you need a spacer for?i get that it's bigger in diameter where's this spacer supposed to go? I've never delt with lowering stuff but I have replaced a bunch of sway bars before and don't see why a spacer would be needed. Have you takin the bar and held it in place under the truck to compare to the stock bar to the new 1?

Im not sure about the early nnbs, but the late nnbs the sway bar actually runs right under the 6 speed transmission instead of up towards the front bumper. So im guessing the swap bar is much larger in diameter then the stock one, and requires a spacer to space the bar away from the frame, keeping it from rubbing the transmission

it needs the kit because of the 6 speed so ya id assume it is just a couple of blocks. if some one has used them maby they could tell me how thick they are so i could make my own.

Aforementioned bar and spacer.

How close is your OE bar to the gearbox?

^ Your blueprint looks perfect! Note there are two ~3/16” spacers on each side (~3/8” total).

They were “on backorder” from my retailer last year too, although a call to the friendly lady at Hellwig’s HQ prompted overnight delivery. ymmv
Didn’t really see any areas of potential bar-to-driveline interference at static 2WD/5.3/ECSB ride height, but installed ‘em anyway.
