Has anyone done this? What size bulbs do I need?

Got them in my fogs and lows, not reverse. A couple people have put them in the reverse I've seen, I'll try to find the links to their posts. The only problems with putting them in the reverse is packaging (3157 sized bulbs aren't standard HID sizes, plus you'd want a really low wattage HID, like a 15W kit), the time it takes to fully warm up and the added stress on them to cycle through R when putting the truck in gear and then back in park. Fogs are 5202 while reverse is 3047/3157.

We had some bad fog here the other day and now am full resolved to put yellow HIDs (3000k) in my truck. Any good kits out there that include everything all in one and don't crap out in a year?

I'm running a set of 3K DDM's in my fogs, I really like the look.

I have LED tails on the truck but for some reason the stock reverse light bulbs dont fit in there! In fact, I cant find any bulb that fits in there.

Spyder Auto | Chevy Silverado 1500/2500/3500 2010 LED Tail Lights - Chrome

Those are basically the tails I have on there. Look at the tiny holes for the reverse lights, they are totally wrong!!!! I actually think I am going to start a thread about this........

this is all you need to know:

Kryptonbulbs.com HID kits, Blue Headlights, Quality Products

Do yourself a favor and dont buy ddm.

The fog light bulbs are 5202 in the silverado, which is an H16 base.

when in doubt, always consult the sylvania bulb guide: OSRAM SYLVANIA - Replacement Guide - Start

Responded to your other thread about the tails.

AWESOME!!!! I do use that guide, but I never knew the conversion between 5202 and an HID.
