Default How long until you changed your plugs/how many miles do you have on your truck?

I rolled over 70K last night, and i am about to take a fairly long trip in the truck and want to maximize the fuel econ, and performance..

Wondered how long everyone went prior to changing plugs?
(this is from a maintenance standpoint, not because you boosted it or anything)

How many miles does your nnbs have on it?

100K and I think they're plated with iridium if I'm not mistaken.

I changed mine every 30-40k miles for N/A (10-15k now that I am boosted). I used TR55 at .055" (N/A) and TR6 at .035" (supercharged). They are only about $18 and fairly easy to change with the right extensions, so for me, it's inexpensive peace of mind. Just my $.02

120k on mine & the gap had increased to .005 over the stock gap. So I'd think 100k would be a perfect time to change them..

They say 100k on factory plugs, I would do it at 80k. Just my $.02 That said, on the boosted AV, I could open a set of TR6's up .010" in 10k.

Agree. You might not have to change them out but every 100k miles, but I guarantee you will notice a difference in idle smoothness, fuel economy, throttle response and quickness if you changed them at 60k.
