Thats funny right there and the main reason GM and the rest of the auto industry is going under. Its called GREED! Use to, you could go in a dealership and hassle them and get good deals. Now they dont give a damn. They will let you walk out just so they can wait on the next poor sole wanting a church van!! Its sad!

where did yall find these prices. just went to two local dealers all crew cab wt/ls/lt are all about 29,000-35,000. wtf! even a basic no tint small wheels white crew cab 09 4.8 was 31,000. wtf again.... ? only rebate at one was 4,000 off crew cabs. and at the other dealer i saw a blue w/t crew with some nice 22's running boards. bed liner for 32,000 wtf? w/t means black handles black grill and bumper.

 

I bought mine in May of '08 for about $33K out the door, not counting what they gave me for trading in my '06 (so I really paid less). This was for a 2WD CCSB LTZ with basically everything but nav and DVD. The rebates were pretty good at the time, and I have a GM card, so that factored in.

I was happy with the deal.

 

yea my dad just bought an 09 ltz cc 5.3 6 speed for about 34,000. leather the works... a w/t cc for 31,000 is crazy! i walked out both lots..

 

I bought mine December 31, 08. They had some pretty good end of the year discounts going on.

 

I know what you mean. I was hoping to find some great deals around this time to buy a new truck. From what dealers are telling me is that production was cut back so much that they have way less inventory. Also on top of that there was a 2-3K price increase on most 09 model trucks. I can get an 07 sierra denali for what dealers are wanting for a LS crew cab silverado.

 

theres a 08 gmc sierra same lot but used 21,000 miles fully loaded. slt. sun roof leather fogs.. man but its black.. not a big deal.. 28,500. not bad. but used. still has the 36,000 warrenty.. 5.3... i might check it out a lil more..

 

How does it ride?? I have always used spindles and springs but wasnt happy with the way it rode so this time i was going with the DJM A arms and springs up front and flip kit in the back.
