Default Left Cig lighter quit working and no power to DLC

As the title said.. Other day i plugged in an old DC/AC invertor and it smoked, and now the lighter doesnt work or at least it wont power up my cell phone charger.. the right one works but now the dealer cannot get the truck to connect to a tech II, i tested and there is no power to the DLC connectors 12v power wire..

I think i read that these are tied together, i cannot find a blown fuse although it looks like one may be missing in the under hood block,

I wanted to see if anyone else knows if these are linked together, and if so which fuse they go to.. and if they should be tied together, meaning the left and right cig lighters...

PLEASE HELP this is keeping me from getting the BCM reflashed..

Thanks

The older trucks had a fuse supplying both. The dealer should have checked that, did they mention anything about it?

Sounds like that old inverter shorted out. You may also want to check for singed wires.

The dealer really wasnt doing this.. I know a guy who knows a guy who was going to sneak in and do this for me, when it didnt work we just aborted and ran away.. I have been scratching my head since then...

I need to know for sure.. I took part of the dash apart to view the harness.. UG... I really dont want to have to take the dash apart..

That harness is burried in there
