Default Level Sierra

Ok so my entire life i have built and owner offroad trucks. I recently just sold my last silverado which had approx. $60k worth of work done to it (cage, 4-link, long travel, etc). I was so prud of that thing, but climbing over a roll-cage every day while wearing my nice work clothes gets old REALLY quick. It was great for a young college student, but unprofessional for a licensed engineer.
Thus, I went and bought a brand new 2013 sierra and dont want to mess with it too much. My question is; what level of drop in the rear will make the truck sit level? I want to drop the back of the truck just to level so the truck will have that sporty stance (I HATE the stink-bug look of stock trucks).
I see that beltech (as well as random e-bay companies) make a shackle that can go from 1-2", depending on which hole you use ( haha, which hole you use...).
Who makes the best rear shackle? I can fab one up myself in an afternoon, but for $75, its just SO much easier to buy it.

Belltech makes a 2-3 inch kit that will get it level. You have to pull the blocks out too.

There should be somega blocks between the rearend and the leaf springs. If not then just put the shackles on it.

I lowered mine with Belltech struts in the front and by removing the rear blocks and a set of $40 parts store shackles. I'd spend double that if I thought there was enough difference in them to matter. Mine isn't quite level but it's a hair lower than stock all the way around and still has a tiny bit of rake and levels perfect with my boat trailer. Had it this way for a good while now and so far it's perfect for me. The truck can still do everything, and rides better and gets better mileage. Win/win....

Hate the *** high ride myself. Didn't want to mess with the front so I installed 2" drop shackles in the rear and its level with the front now. Also installed a Hellwig 7800 rear sway bar. Truck rides and looks much better now.

Every truck will sit a little different. Shackles are usually enough. The rear blocks are generally only present in 4x4/z71 trucks. Autozone and Oreilys do carry their own off brand shackles that appear the same for about $35-40.

GMT900 2WD trucks have a block in the back.... At least every one I've seen.
