I'm really considering adding headers to my 08 5.3
What gains should I expect? Allready have custom tune and CAI.
I know it will have to be re-tuned and what about fuel milage, will
it be better? I can average 19.8 now.
Thanks,
DVS99

Long tubes with ory will really wake up your truck. Me personally didnt experience any added mile but ive been known to have a very heavy foot.

I picked up more e.t. Gain from headers and o/r y pipe then from the 4.10 gear swap. Do it.

I'd stay with the paceseter 1 3/4. Better lowend torque. It's exactly what a truck needs.

Ill be adding the same headers to my 6.2!
