Question looking for some info...

I posted a thread in the audio section but no bites yet... curious if anyone has ever attempted this or something like it... heres the link to the other thread....

ive got a 2010 gmc so this might fall in the gmt900 section i hope..... im thinking i just might need to convert the connectors to fit but not sure...

Did u buy the signal booster when u relocated your antenna?
You should try the XM antenna and see if it works so we can all do that.

its a good idea but i can imagine the headliner must me a hassle to take off. its the only way to access the xm fin.

no i didnt add any type of signal booster... it would help but thats money spent haha stupid gas prices i have to do the free or ultra cheap mods for now lol... the xm module is right there behind the glove box, just need to find the radio antenna cable... hoping i wont need to remove the headliner.... funny thing im tryin to disable the xm and they turn it back on for 2 wks to try and get me to subscribe haha...... gonna take off some panels this weekend and see what i can find.... ill post up pics and info if all goes well...thanks....
