sorry for the delay. still no numbers. just filled up the truck and pulled the air dam off. i'll have numbers soon so long as traffic flows like it did on the previous test.

lol, if your that concerned about mpg, buy a honda. seriously you'll find a better comparison by adjusting the air in your tires.

not that concerned but just would like to know. if it goes down i'll put it back on. it appears i am not the only one who would like to know if there is a difference and how much if there is. i purchased a truck and a 6.2 truck at that. i am fully aware there are better choices out there for mpg. however they just aren't as fun or useful. i love my truck and i'd like to have it perform at it's best in all categories (hp/torque/mpg). they all matter. contribute or take your bs somewhere else.

tire pressure is adjusted properly per manufacture suggestion. the alleged purpose of the air dam is to get better mileage. i just want to see if it really does anything. not bitching about my mileage. just performing a test and sharing it here. so if you just want to be an *** then do it elsewhere. we aren't all big ballers with lifted trucks and capable of paying for 8 mpg when driving 15k a year and $4 gas. check your short man syndrome at the door. or better yet go talk smack with some random person in person not on a keyboard.

I'm definitely curious. I have already compared my mileage vs ride quality with the tire pressure, so I no longer care. However, I have no idea whether there will be a noticeable impact with the lower valance missing. It will be interesting to see.
