Default Lowered my 08NBS 4WD 2/4

Used the McGaughty kit with shocks from Stylin Trucks. It Rides like Crap.

I'm going to raise the back up a notch and see if that helps. I think the shocks are responsible for the bounce, plus it bottoms out very easily. I wouldn't recommend these shocks to anyone.

The bump stops were trimed... Twice, the first attempt looked like enough was taken off, and the second attempt didn't leave much...

lol.. I drive on the street, I'm not into lifted trucks that don't see the dirt. Plus it snows here..

I'll get some pics up Wednesday...

I've got several comments from people " nice looking truck but why did you put 4x4 stickers on it" I like the way it looks... But its back to the dealer in the morning for the 4th time. Its got one of those elusive vibrations. They changed all the wheels and tires now its down to the brake drums and drive shaft..

I have heard alot of complaints on the Mcgauphy shocks. Most people I talk to switch too doestch(sp) tech shocks and are now happy.

If its an extended/crew cab I saw a Tech SB on replacing the rear shaft due to vibes...I'll see if I can find it. They haven't blamed the drop for the vibe??
