Cam is out of an 03 Z06. Did the DOD swap already. I've got an Airraid tube, modified stock box w/K&N, ported LS7 tb, UDP, long tubes, off road y-pipe, magnaflow muffler dumped, 160 thermostat and Taylor plug wires. Any rwhp estimates? 280ish?

2008 5.3/4L65 Stock heads w/ LS6 valve springs and the tranny only has servos.

 

with those supporting mods i think you should be close to 300, but I'm no expert so don't bet on that.

 

Kind of what I'm expecting. In that 280-300 ballpark. I've got a pretty good tuner too. Still trying to decide if I want to move to E85 since my truck is flex fuel.

 

There are guys claiming 390 rwhp on stock tuned 5.3's...so u should hit 450 easy

 

^^^^ show me a stock 5.3 with a tune only with that rwhp and ill pull my motor for a stock 5.3

 

There was a thread not too long ago with a dyno video claiming those numbers. Didn't say I believed it lol
