You take a wooden bat and set the end of the bat where the tire is rubbing on the inside part of the wheel well. Then slowly roll the car backwards and let the pressure of the tire on the bat smooth out some of the wheel well. I'll try to get some pics of how its done.

ok, i have a better idea what your saying now, but still don't understand how i could hold a bat in the wheel well and roll my truck all at the same time?

I do agree on buying two smaller tires. More $$ out of your pocket. But less worry on actually messing something up.

My tires only rubbed on the very edge of the tread and what i did worked fine and the tires no longer rub and i didn't damage anything. So i saved money and bought a cam.

Mine slighty rubbed, I just pounded the tab that holds the wheel liner at the bottom to push it back. No more rubbing. My next option would have been to heat gun and massage the liner.

I'm running 22 x 10" wheels 31mm offset and 305/40-22 tires.
