Just bought an '08 CC 4x4 Sierra and it is all stock. I am wanting to know what types of mufflers you guys are running. Any opinions are greatly appreciative. Thanks! Just want to swap mufflers bc I dont want to void my warranty.

 

No piping rear of the cats can affect warranty. If you don't have to retune to make the truck function normally with your exhaust mode, it doesn't affect warranty. Magnaflow seems to be the exhaust of choice around here. I had one on Camaro and it sounded great. I'm debating several race mufflers or a muffler delete on my 2011 6.2. Still not sure but I will be leaving the stock cats, manifolds, and resonator alone.

 

Unless it's still too quiet. Then off comes the resonator too.

 

Corsa, I have corsa on my 09 and had it on my 06 and love the sound they put out, a Lil pricey though for the cat back system.

 

I run a magnaflow, love it.

 

22" magnaflow here and not too loud and not to quiet. If i wanna be loud i just open up the cutout

 

Check sig.. I enjoy it. It's loud enough for me.

it sounds great and I couldnt be happier


now this was taken on iPhone and it does sound a lot better in person, when I listen to it with my headphones on it sounded better but oh well you get the idea
