Tried another attempt on a 1/4 mile run and got 13.2 @ 106 im really happy with the trap speed how ever maybe if i could get a better 60ft.. *my best was 2.0 without wheelspin* i may hit the 12s...

its a 09 Yukon denali AWD *mods in the sig* still running on stock denali 20s with 275/55/20 and 3.42

He's got a 6.2L, all his mods in his sig.

I'd lower your yukon a little more and put some smaller stickier tires on all 4 corners, like a 295/45/20. How loose is your converter? you can resize it to a bigger stall or look into 4.10s... gears would be expensive since your awd though.

he runs a 3600
put a set of slicks or drag radials all the way around and you'll 60' better. i dont seeyou cutting a 1.76 60' with street tires considering your cam produces power at 3400+ rpm vs @ 1800rpm

3.42's are your problem. I doubt a looser stall would even help with gearing like that.

You could also try running the shortest tire possible. It will help overcome your lack of gearing, but look dumb as hell, lol.

He has the 6 speed though, so his final drive ratio in first gear is going to be better than a 4spd/4.10 combo.

^^^

i cant agree on the "Gear" my CC went 13.0 @ 103.82 on 3:42s with a 3200 converter,
swapped in 4:10s/Tru-Trac and went 13.0 @ 104.2x same 3200 converter and same heat.
i didnt click a 12.73 until i put in a 3600 converter and some better weather.

after i get to the track buddy ill post up what a STOCK stall 6L80e will do with a cam and 4:10s on DRs. i bet it wont click off a 13.2

Whats the verter flash to? Stickies will just slow him down if he's not spinning now. I would say a shorter tire would be easier to get rolling, or swap on some 17's that are lighter and you'll drop a couple tenths prolly.

Those stock 20s weigh a ton.. I would slap some stock 17s with a shorter lighter tire and it should 60ft a lot better..

flashed 3400. whats the 60' with no wheel spin? Stickies, they would already be on a smaller/lighter rim, so it wont slow him down, itll allow him to flat foot the truck or stall it up and actually help the SUV get to moving in the powerband which will make a better 60' and better e.t.
