i bought some lightweight 20s.. i may run short tyres with them im thinking of nittos DRs and gears are expensive! not only the parts but man the installation costs ALOT

the cam's powerband is 3100-6900 im sure of the 3100 but i think it maybe more than 6900

so will slicks give me a better time even if im not spinning now?

it'll allow you to stall it up.
do you flat foot it off the line, or do you stall up? whats the rpm that you run? whats your 60'? what did you do to get the truck to not spin?

I wouldn't think spinning would be a huge problem with awd.. I would just borrow some shorter lighter wheels and tires and give them a try.. Then decide if you need slicks or not

whhhhaaaaa you stall to 3000 on stock street tires AND still dont spin? your shii wont get better than a 2.0 60'? man somethings wrong...head/cam/stall/tune being AWD i bet that thing should be 1.8 60'ing if it not spinning. try a shorter tire/lighter rim. i just cant believe that thing is going that slow with that much RPM

The front will squeel alittle because all the wait shifts to the rear when you take off ... I would try some lighter wheels and tires and as soon as you know the green lights coming on just floor it and flash the converter and see what that does

try the flat foot and watch the 60'
then go to 1000rpm check the 60'
then go to 1500 and so one till you are at the max rpm. your 60' should change as you stall it up unless your truck would rather be flat footed. your 60' will determine it all. that 3600 should flash looser.
