shorty headers are a waste of money, they show no real gain over stock manifolds. the lts keep about the same low end torque but really help in the upper rpm range. basically its just a better flow all around and your able to make more hp/tq with your setup by running long tubes vs a stock manifold/shorty header. just my .02

2.25 a plug vs 7-9 a plug plus i spin my motor pretty high and the iridium plugs i had didnt last 10k miles. the gap of the NGK TR55s iridiums i put in my truck when i first put my motor in was at .050" and now its .063-.064" i run 93 octane, and 24-25* of timing so it should have lasted longer than that. i dont know if the 6800rpm helps it any

im pretty mad that the 70.00 in plugs didnt last worth a crap so if im going to be changing plugs every 10-15k miles id rather spend 20.00 on the NGK TR55-6 plugs and be happy that i still have an extra 50.00 in my pocket
