It's a kit to remove the AFM (Active Fuel Management, which is the correct term in GM V8s). Includes lifters, valley cover, and lifter trays to replace the AFM lifters. If you notice your truck going into V4 mode, this kit makes that impossible, so it's always in V8 mode.
