i droped the cash on a airaid intake fit was perfect and ya mine sounds like its gona suck the hood in to!! lol i can feel a difference with it for sure, but ya mufflers there right its all about what YOU want! may take 2 or 3 changes to get it right! as fas as tuning HELLO YA!!! ive got just a diablo right now and it helped alot im waiting on my longtubes to get here and have those put on then ill be getting a dyno tune from my local gmc place! my truck ran with just magnaflow muffler and diablo tuner a 11.75 in the 1000 ft! and thats with no tranny tuning! so with all ive got now plus dyno tune ill be looking around mid to low 11's depending on how much dyno tune helps quater mile should be around mid to low 13, for a crew cab with just bolt ons i think thats pretty dang good considering the 6000lb (give or take) sled! will post results but ya for these motors THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!!

i personally did a drop in filter. i had a k&n intake on it for about 3 hours. pised off the fuel trims and frankly, i didn't feel like tuning it. the stock exhaust is 3.5 inch. i put a magnaflow on mine with a 4 inch dump before the axle. it's not retarded loud either. the tune itself makes a huge difference. depending on fuel type you want to run can drop a second or more in the 1/4

11.75 in 1000ft? only 320ft more is a 1/4 mile....So with a magnaflow and a diablo you would have ran almost a 12 flat??

oh i never knew about that shop. also theres synapse motorsports up in scotia as well, even though they are more of a tuner shop.

also if you think about going with a lift let me know. theres plenty of meets and such as well around, mainly i meet up with some jersey guys on FSC.

not quiet you can rough estimate and to do that basically add 2 seconds which would be around a 13.75 13.8... if you can cover 320ft in .25 seconds you sir are moving very fast! haha

Yea I'm always down for a meet a greet let me know. No lifts for me lol I'd rather lower it but its my every day work truck so leaving the suspension alone. That is a mighty fine looking rig in your sig.

yeah if its your work rig id leave it alone. most i would do is a level kit and if you wanted a little bigger mud tire.
