Its a 4 led 194 bulb.

These have a better connection to the plug. Instead of the stupid little 2 prong bs.

How do you do the 6 light mod? I havent seen any threads about that yet....

Step one: Remove the cover to the fusebox in the engine bay (if you can't figure this out on your own, give up now)

Step two: Unclip the wire harness coming out of the front of the fuse box. There is one round clip holding the wire harness to the fuse box plastic. Use a flathead screwdriver to split it. Next pull back the plastic wire loom from the fusebox to expose the wires. You are looking for the two purple wires and the green with black stripe wire.





Step three: Set up your relay according to the diagram included. Use a regular automotive type relay. Pin 30 will be going to the stud terminal on the left at the front of the fusebox. Be sure to include a fuseholder inline. I like to attach the fuseholder to the relay with double sided tape. Pin 86 will be going to the green with black stripe wire. Pin 87 will be going to either of the purple wires (they connect together in the fusebox so it doesn't really matter). Pin 85 will be going to a ground (I use the bolt on the battery tray in front of the fusebox.





Step four: Mount your relay and make your wire connections. I attached my relay to the lower front plastic of the fusebox. It's highly recommended that you solder the connections, but t-taps can be used if you must (yuck).



Step five: Reassemble everything and test your lights. For added points, put hids in your highs, lows, and fogs. Special thanks to lowryder99 for the fuseholder.....although he doesnt know it yet (We run a shop together and I stole it from his toolbox )

i really like your set up. i have a set of 6k HID's also, had the 4300 and i wanted a little more color. i was wondering if your kit was a 35 watt kit of a 55 watt kit. i have a 35W kit and sometimes the lights "flicker" and sometimes when i turn them on only one light comes on, then i just flip to the high beam then back to low beam and the other HID buld will turn on. do you have any problems like these?

I have the 35w and I can't say I have ever had any of these problems you just stated. Sorry.

you should remove the DRL fuses... what happens is that your DRL (daytime running lamps) give off low power to turn on your lights during the day. So your HID's need a bigger push of juice to get them started.

That might be your problem. That use to happen to mine, until i removed the DRL fuses
