print them off and draw the path of power with a high lighter and as you trace the circuit checking make sure to check it off on the diagram, start in one direction and stick with it, dont jump around confusing yourself.
basically you know the wiring up to the fuse is fine, the issue is somewhere between the fuse and the bulb itself.
take out ALL your exterior bulbs, replace the fuse then power the key on and see if the fuse blows... and if your good then start by putting say RR bulb in testing...remove bulb then try LR etc etc and hopefully thatll narrow you down to which bulb it is.
chances are the socket shorted out, or the break will be at a movement spot like right at the bumper/fender
