Should be pretty straight forward. Remove your old exhaust and install these. Length of time will depend on where you are doing it/tools you have for the install. Most people install the headers from the bottom of the truck so a lift would be handy, but isnt necessary. I took out the spark plugs on my old truck when I did it as well. Not sure about the NNBS but I assume it would be the same, but you need to remove the dipstick tube which just pulls out.
I think if you do a quick search you'll find that a certain Honda oil drain plug will work to plug the extra 02 bungs...

Heres the one that was touching its the 2nd back on drivers side and what i did to solve it.
Some good ol header wrap and stainless safety wire. So far so good.
