P&P on 08 Throttle Body
Did some searching, but didn't come up with much. Has anyone done any porting/polishing on the GMT900 throttle bodies. I did some light work on the DBC one on my '01 and did notice a slight difference. For my '08, I thought I'd start by 'knifing' the edge of the blade and try and cut the shaft.
I remember reading this when I did my '01:
http://www.ehow.com/how_4553230_port...ttle-body.html
Was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to cut the shaft. I know I've seen it done on previous NBS trucks, I did some searching but couldn't come up with much.
One other thing, could someone give me the How to link for porting and removing the shaft. I know there's one on here but couldn't find it.

I thought I've seen a How-To on here, maybe I'm wrong.
I got a few other things to do to my truck, trying to get it ready to travel to a Blackbear Tuning meet so maybe I'll just start with a simple cleaning and maybe knife the blade...thats not hard to do. Hate to screw it up and not be able to travel for my tune.

Cool deal, the 09'-10' LS3 throttle bodies are a little different they open the opposite way...just want to make sure their are no bugs, the machining inside is different on the newer ones also...
This guy ports them for 109 bucks Cory charges $150.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LS2-L...Q5fAccessories
