which header did you buy? my old setup never had that issue, it did hug the passenger frame rail pretty tight though. my new header setup (pacesetter 1 7/8") the bungs lined up in all the wrong places so I moved them.

I purchased the 1-3/4 for 2007.5-2013 ceramic coated headers and the O2 bing is facing upward on the driver side for some reason

I dont know how those are routed. Can you remove a heat shield or dent the floor pan a little? Maybe you have a worn out or broken motor mount

if you got the wrong year, its fits but puts the o2s in the wrong spots. hammer the floor pan and loosen the header bolts and tilt it away.

You can always move the o2s and weld the old holes up like i did

I used the 99-07 on mine with no problems. Just relocate them.

I had the ceramic ones for the gmt-800 ad passenger o2 was close to frame but no other issues. I then swapped to 1 7/8s for gmt800, had to move both o2s due to poor placement and poor threade inserts

I think I'm going to relocate the O2's I like that idea better than welding or doing anything to the finish of the headers. Thanks everyone for your feedback
