How does the Ground force ride? I already have shackles and have pulled the blocks but I need to do something with the front. It looks easier to pull the strut and have a shop change the coil instead of lower control arms as I have considered with DJM.

JB,

Whats the part number on those bumpstops and can they be ordered seperately? I've still got my stock bumpstops in there right now and I don't have much clearance with them.

Just cut strait down one coil from the top. My truck still rides great and settled about another inch since installed.

Okay, but do you think 1 coil off would be too much?....I dont want more than 1".

I bought some 2" MCG springs and my tires were rubbing bad and like this / \ so I took them off and put the ground force back on.

Should I cut the ground force springs or stock springs?

Its really hard to say man. I cut my drop springs but they really didnt look much different then the stock springs. Cut your stockers first see how they look and go from that point. The struts really are not bad to take out after doing it a few times.

Thanks, sounds like good advice, I will do the stockers first.

Removing the struts isnt a big deal, however compressing those springs takes time and muscle...compress to remove...remove compressor....cut coil...compress to install.....remove compressor....x2....re-install struts...put truck on ground with tires and measure.....sure would hate to do this twice, but I did it when I tired the 2" MCG springs......my biceps were pumped like crazy...lol
