problem tuning because if remote start system

cant hook tuner of any kind to a 2009 ecsb silverado......any help??? viper alarm

Justin at blackbear had a hard time connecting on my truck... i have a autopage remote start alarm.....the problem is in the data bus system.......i cant remember what he did to make it work????

What do you mean by you can't hook it up?
Make sure your cig lighter fuse isn't blown.
