get under the truck and look where the transmission and the motor bolt up to each other. there may be a dust cover to pop off, and then just shine a light in there. i havent looked at the newer transmsisions. if theres no dust cover to pop off, take off the dust shield next to the starter and peek in.

doesnt look like a circle d to me. it looks like a stocker, but the weld looks fresh. that makes me think it was opened up. whether it was opened to loosen it, or opened to clean it out is another question. or maybe it's just the way the weld looks lol. this is what a cd converter looks like on the back side.

and the front.

So here is the list of things figured out on Saturday, Full Mod List:

3.73's
LT's
Catted "y"
Magnaflow Cat-Back
Circle D Trans w/ Stock Stall
Beefed Up Driveshaft
In-Line Fuel Filter
Upgraded Fuel Pump
Nelson Performance Tune

Thanks for everyone's help. Thanks to Nelson Performance for re-tuning everything, and making it completely right. Wife said she doesn't miss the violent shifts, and that it is "way faster". Oh and NO cold start issue, yes!!!
