Has anyone changed over there coils to msd coils yet and if so did you have to use the ls2 or ls1 msd coils?
If anyone knows some selling some stock coils off there 08 chevy truck let me know too maybe it will help me with the problem im having too..

dont waste the 400-600 on MSD coils your stocks ones are fine.

You sure it's a problem with the coils and not the wires you put on?

 

nope i removed the wires and ran the stock wires and also changed the spark plugs also and it still has a miss fire and it also hesitates when i leave a red light. Like its in 4 cylinder mode then it kicks into v8 mode and when im getting on it, it back fires everyonce and a while but not alot. Its kicking me in the *** trying to find out what the problem is. The only thing i can think its either a spark plug coil or a injector.

 

are you sure you have the wires on all the way on? whats your SES code?
