Default Question on dod delete

I've got a nnbs 07 rcsb 4x4 silverado with a 5.3. I'm considering lowering it and installing a set of headers, having a local shop do the cam swap along with a dod delete. My question is, how much should I expect to pay to have the heads pulled to do the dod delete? Also, my truck is an automatic, would I most likely have a 4l65e tranny or what?

75 to 100 an hour labor not including parts.

4L60e which is the same as a 65e except for a few more hardened parts in the 65e

I guess my main question would be how many hours does it call for to swap the head gaskets on the truck, so I can figure out a price.

It takes 1 person 6-8hrs...now being a shop they go by the book so your best bet is to call them to see. Be ready for a 1200-1900 bill

Then you add in valve seal hour, add in cam removal hours. Shi is gonna add up fast unless you find someone to do it on the side for a set price

There's a local speed shop that I would take the truck too. They're usually pretty reasonable on work and perform dyno tuning as well.
