I didnt know they made 4" spindles.
Yes you can do it, I have little mechanical experience, just picking it up as i go.
I did my drop in the street in front of my house by myself

i have 2" drop spindles on mine and they havent ruined a ball joint yet but i do have to get alignment about once a year.....but mine isnt a nnbs, and i have the old beltech spindles that require flipping the upper control arms upside down

I've got another question for ou guys...I cut those lower control arm bolts flush with the nut...Is that gonna be a problem when I go back to stock suspension?

MCG 4/7 drop sucks.. no problems like you have and the truck looks good but its design is horrible and manufacturing... well give me a torch and i could do the same.. i dont think they know what a sharp endmill, drill, reamer.. looks like.. i forget how much sticks out with the stock spindles so you may run into problems with that

I went and looked at a new truck at the dealership and it had the same amount of length on the bolt as the drop does so I should be fine.

only have 3k miles on truck with 2" drop coils and the camber needs to be fixed

bought it like that. assumed it was aligned when drop was put on. A local drop shop in the area did the work for them. But it is still just assumption that they did.
