Guy's going to be putting a 4 and 7 on my 13 nnbs extcab, the truck already had a lowering shackle and was just wondering what hole do I need to put the springs in ( hope this makes sense ) THANKS!

Oh yea it's flipped, done it the other night, sat it on the ground but going to have to cut of the bump stop mount, trimmed the rubber on the mount but it's dead against it, I hope this will do it hate to notch it truck has 15k miles on it, had another nnbs with the same kit but didn't have a problem bottoming out or any thing after I cut the mount, hope this is the case with this one but it seems to be a little lower not sure why, btw found some stock shackles and used those. THANKS!

No bro both regular ext cab 1500's, the only thing is the kit was a used kit that I bought locally that was never installed, it was for 07 and up, don't think there is nothing different on the 13 trucks? Probably just going to notch the bitch and be done with it, but I still haven't cut the bump stop mounts off yet going to do that tomorrow. THANKS!

I lowered my 13 Crew Cab 5" in the back and still had to cut the bump stop perch off the frame, but no notch was needed and I didn't want to use helper bags. I still used my truck to haul crap and pull my boat all the time and with that being said, I couldn't imagine being ANY lower without a notch whether you hauled anything besides *** or not. Or at the very least, helper bags.

Guy's finally got everything done last night, truck turned out good but the front end is about 2in high in the front, maybe it will settle some but not a lot, anyone have the same issue with ncgaughyes 7 and 4, (spelled that wrong) THANKS!

Is it still 2" too high after driving it around the block? Never heard of one settling a full 2"... One thing to check is make sure the top of the strut spring plate is seated properly in the strut top mount. If it's turned and not lined up the bolts will not let the two pieces "seat" flat. If I remember right the bolt pattern is not symmetrical, so it will only seat one way. Seems like I ran into that when I was backing off my spring compressor and the plate turned alittle and I had to redo it...
