Quick question about fitting 35s
If a nnbs 2500 can fit 35's leveled, my 1500 should be able to fit them with a 3" skyjacker lift right?

with cutting yes, without you'll need a leveling kit and a body lift.

how much cutting, should i go with a 4? I did a decent amount of cutting for my leveling kit/33 combo, but the wheel offset is for a 99-06 body style

This guy has 2" level kit and 3" body lift on 35/12.50/20 tires and he had to trim not to rub.

and seeing that 35s can fit with a lift smaller than 6", would 36x15.50s fit with a fabtech 7" ?

NEGATIVE. to clear 35's on AFTERMARKET rims you will need some combo of 6" of lift WITH trimming.
