Guy's just bought a 07 NNBS and had a question about the rear bumper,the driver's side has several dings in it and I was wondering if you could just replace the chrome piece on that side or do you have to replace the whole bumper,i know this sound's stupid but i saw a used one for sale of a 08 and it was missing the passenger side piece (chrome).THANKS!

 

all you need to do is replace the side that is bad, cause on the nnbs they come in a 3 piece bumper, the left chrome piece, the middle plastic part and the far chrome piece. So yes all you need is just that one side

Dude, don't wasted your money at the dealership. There ads all over Craigslist selling rear bumpers for Silverado's. I bought a bumper for my last truck on there in perfect condition for like $75...the whole assembly. Check it out before you spend the coin at the dealership. Just my suggestion.
