Looks level to me. Where did your measurements come out at? Did you leave the block between axle and spring in place?
FWIW, I always measure from the bottom bead edge of the wheel (6 o'clock position), thru the centercap to the fenderlip. I've seen where others measure from center of wheel (centercap) to fenderlip, but I find it easier to hook the tip of tape to the bead of the wheel, rather than trying to hold it in center of wheel.

You and I have the same tape and ride height…looks more like an inch and a half drop lol.
Ditched the blocks instead and use air bags to maintain that height when hauling cargo. Only important thing is how do you like it?

I like the look and it is also easier to load and unload. Do you have an on board compressor? Have you heard of Timbren Kits ?
Not really sure how low the front would stay with the turbo!

Another PTN member gnasty1521 posted and excellent write up with pics. Its in Technical Write Ups. DIY: 2" Drop Shackles on NNBS GMT900. Write up was so complete my install only took 45 minutes with air tools. I didn't take my spare off. And the hitch, I only ran the bolts out far enough to get clearance to get the top shackle bolts out and back in.
Tools he listed were spot on. But you can use a 22MM deep socket in place of the 13/16. Seems my 13/16 was a little tight on the bolt.
