Well NOW I'm stuck. I already got the Mcgaughy 4/7 kit and it says to go with their shorter shocks that go 3-5.5 in the rear.. but it doesn't say anything about shock extenders..

I am running extenders on my 4"...

Most people rave about the shocks, but I am not sure if it's just my truck, or they are all convinced that the shock is good due to being on a forum and not wanting to admit they bought something and it kinda sucks.

I've heard guys running a certain Monroe and LOVING it too, then some trash it, same as the doestech, some love them, some hate them. The BT are a bit stiff, and they don't "suck", and actually for the rear I somewhat like them. But if I were to do it all over again, I would try something else. I'm also very picky about my ride.

A buddy of mine uses Pro Comp Toxic shocks that he LOVES. He has used BT and Mcgaughy before and he says those are just as good and about 10 bucks less. I might try these with some shock extenders. Still doing research. I don't wanna be far off from riding like stock.

check old threads here and other forums, but I don't think you will be close to stock with BT at all. Maybe something a bit softer
