Default results of 24" wheels??

really wanting a set of 24" wheels but hesitant on the possibility of an extreme loss in speed/power/acceleration/braking/handling.... Basically everything

So I am asking for input of those that have gone from the factory 20" wheels and 275/55R20 tires to 24" wheels and say 305/35R24 tires?

I really want the AR Torq thrust st in gunmetal. I called and was told they only weigh 38lbs???... That does not seem right. Also, the 24" tire size mentioned above is only 2lbs heavier than my factory tires.

So where would the extreme losses, if any come from?

Ill take a stab, Maybe becuase of the circumference. Where it takes less momentum to move smaller diameter wheels than larger diameter wheels.

24 are very thuggish.
going from 18s to 20 is a big differences in braking so going to 24s I would thing would be terrible. but I also added a Supercharger at the same time. When the truck was stock It stopped good. Now if im over 65 I wounder if i still have brakes.

It all depends how much power your pushing and what brand wheels this guy ran billet 24s and ran 10sec on street tire he didn't feel any loss

Paco also has a 427 with 2xx shot lmao but very sick truck imho.

Gotta make a choice...looks first then speed or speed then looks. Unless you are rich then you can do looks and speed all at once
