yes in fact i notched the frame , ordered lowering shackles adjustable 1"2"3" .and loweriing struts for front adjustable up to -4" , already had flip kit on it and 2" drop spindles on it . So total will be 6/7 , ill have to install motor etc see how level it is , might change it around. And those tires are getting replaced with 15's and smaller tire .

Was the new cluster just plug and play, or did you need to get the bcm flashed? I literally have the same scenario as you. Just bought my 09 rcsb nnbs three weeks ago and drove 4.5 hours to pick it up. I've got the same shitty bare bones gauge cluster and want to upgrade to the LT/LTZ cluster. Nice build bro. What are you going to do with the black steelies after you put on the 15's? I need those

yes plugged right in . the milage says 55k but this truck had 190k . at the same time i put in the ecm from a 08' silverado so i could go to gm and waste 100 bucks i guess, lol , on my title it says milage not correct , i told the nice lady at the dmv that i swwitched the cluster . wasnnt big deal . but as function wise , yes direct plug in , wheels prob keeping i got 03 silverado too . only going to put 15"s on the rear ..15x10's . theres no way fitting 15s up front , with the 17s theres 1/4 space between rim and spindle .. Idk if if the 2" drop spindles have anything to do with clearance thing at all .
