I even have a side exit exhaust and personally am a fan, only on NBS extended cabs though lol

I'm switching to a dump eventually.

that said, my side-exit was probably my favorite of every setup
* stock
* dumped dual-exit chambered muffler
* added tail pipes out the back from previous
* replaced previous with dual-exit straight-through (internal Y) muffler & dual 4"x18" side-exit tips

the side-exit was quieter than any chambered configuration, and even with catless LTs, i only smelled it occasionally if the wind was blowing back onto the cab while at a stop.
