Materials and Fitment... until you have held a set of Kooks/ARH and a set of Pacesetters etc. in your hand you wont know... Kooks look gorgeous and so well crafted... Same with ARH... with all that being said... i have coated Pacesetters beside me about to go on my 6.2 Denali I bought a CAI, muffler, LTs and Y, and Tune for the price of the Kooks i wanted. I dont cheap out but ive had coated Pacesetters on 6 different vehicles and they have NEVER let me down.

The TSP Y-pipe had problems in 2 places... 1) the crossover had about 1/16th of an inch from hitting the 6L80e pan on the bottom and driver side.... and i didnt like that. 2) i had to notch the crossmember on the passenger side where the actual Y merges together and goes over the crossmember. It literally just sit on top of it with no clearance until i cut a bit corner out of it. This was last year or so... so not sure if they may have changed things since then.
