Default Sprint Booster Anyone ?

Has anyone tried this device? From the claims I'm reading it would enhance throttle response by opening TB blade a certain % more than the factory calibration. I came across this item while reading about the (CoW Boost) which is basically a modification to ECM programming to achieve the same affect also opening the TB blade a certain % more than the factory calibration. A link to thread on a Corvette forum is next down to describe the Cow Boost.

Sprint Booster For Chevrolet Silverado

Got a CoW Boost...please read.... - Corvette Forum

This reminds me of the same effect that a professionally ported TB can achieve in providing crisper throttle response. I also understand a "professionally ported TB" can genuinely achieve a "small" max power gain due to improved airflow where as the CoW Boost and Sprint Booster clearly state no max power gains, just throttle response improvement claims.

In summary, it seems the "Sprint Booster", the "Cow Boost" and a ported TB would deliver more power at lower rpm throttle position either by wider TB blade opening (the boosters) OR improved airflow through the TB (porting) by aerodynamic improvements to the entry of the TB.

While some inexpensive mods "Turbinator", "TB Spacers", etc... may yield little to no results in many applications it seems that tricking your TB to open wider with less gas pedal travel you are actually making power ealier by the ECM commanding more power via throttle blade opening.

While SOTP is not the same as a lower ET, it does account for an enhanced driving experience in your truck or car between stop and go points.

I have a custom tune and a 90mm TB still have throttle delay so it can be removed with a tune. How?
