Default Steering wheel trim peeling

Is anyone else's flat black trim on their NNBS steering wheels peeling? The parts on either side of the horn/airbag. It is coming off and exposing a shiny black plastic underneath. Has anyone else had these replaced under warranty?

I haven't heard of this happening, Its an assembly line part most likely something the dealer would not have but I have seen these pcs. on ebay that will probably be your best bet or buy the interior trim package in a brushed look or carbon fiber and those are included . . .

Armor All and many other "interior shine" products are petroleum based products. They will soften and peel the paint from the interior of our trucks, gradually over time. GM recommends cleaning with "mild soapy water" in the owners manuals. The majority of these products even say not for use on painted surfaces right on the label.
