Question t-stat change.

ok,its time for me to change my t-stat,i just need to know if the housing bolts are torque to yield as well? Also would it be a good idea to raise the front end of the truck to minimize air pockets?

10mm bolts going into Aluminum. Maybe 17 ft pounds. Just heat cycle the truck a few times. You'll be fine
