IT's a PITA for a tech to take the time to do that unless there is good reason to be in the pcm looking for a tune. They have to pull up the calibration numbers take a digital picture and then send it gm powertrain for cal ID verification. Then it is noted on the gm side if the numbers are incorrect.
No tech I know of will go looking in the PCM for a simple A/C complaint and trim falling off of the door.
Do what you will but this is coming from gm tech not a tech board mechanic.

I think I screwed myself out of warranty for CEL type stuff because if I put the factory tune back on I will get rear 02 codes anyway due to the headers. I know putting on headers and tuning it before I even hit 500 miles would have consequences but I am just curious as to what I can and can't take it in for in case I have issues.

I've taken mine in for minor warrant work and service and left the tune. Still revved to six grand and got no dirty looks when I picked it back up I wouldn't worry about it unless you are going in for engine/trans diagnostics. The CEL one is a conundrum; I would try to diagnose that **** yourself.

Pinon seal seeping it happens here and there. Ask them to put a seal in it and you'll be ok. Or wash it off with some carb cleaner and see if it comes back. My 11' did the same thing but after washing it off it never came back. I'm assuming it was assembly lube they put on the pinion splines when assembling the rear end at the factory and it just heated up and ran out.
